The Survivor Trauma-Informed Care Conference will give direct care providers the knowledge needed to effectively work with victims of HT
About this Event
The second annual Survivor Trauma-Informed Care Conference has gone virtual! The trainings included in this three-day event will give direct care providers the knowledge needed to effectively work with victims and survivors of Sexual Exploitation and Human Trafficking.
This year the conference is a collaboration between Angels Go To Work and The Avery Center. We are bringing together survivor leaders from across the nation to facilitate this incredible one-of-a-kind training. We must move beyond the human trafficking 101 training and start talking about how to work directly with this population to help victims engage in services.
This training is facilitated by survivor leaders who are currently working, or have worked, directly with victims of human trafficking in a professional capacity. Through our own life experiences and our professional experiences, we have gained the knowledge needed to work effectively with this population. It is imperative that we all work in a collaborative nature to create a safe survivor trauma-informed care environment to help victims build their own path to recovery.
We hope to see you at this training! Seats will fill up quickly, so register soon! Let’s work together today to create change for tomorrow.
This conference will be available via Zoom Webinar
